Victor, an advisor to businesses throughout the US, joins Omni One and provides detailed market and financial analysis of potential investments. Together as Omni One they are working to discover off-market commercial properties by dealing directly with property owners.
Scott and Victor currently manage their own portfolio of commercial real estate as well as uncovering exceptional values for their investment partners. After a long road back to stabilization they believe there exists an unmatched potential to profit in commercial real estate during the next decade.
