Scott Fey
Mr. Fey is a Principal at Omni Ventures, LLC and Omni Capital Management, LLC and is an active investor in all development projects. In addition to providing investment capital Mr. Fey works to discover new development projects and then provides an analysis for each project’s upside. He is a seasoned leader and strategic planner with more than 30 years of experience orchestrating the rapid start-up, and enhancement of business entities into high levels of profitability.
Prior to his work in commercial real estate,
Mr. Fey was the founding partner of NPR Holdings, L.L.C., a radio broadcast company, where he served as President/CEO. During his 12-year tenure with the firm he was responsible for the purchase and disposition of $70,000,000+ in radio stations throughout the United States. In his role as CEO Mr. Fey was responsible for: company profits, operations, project land purchases, negotiating with the Federal Government, licensing approvals, and negotiating leases. Mr. Fey holds a Real Estate Broker’s License in the State of Arizona and a CCIM designation.
