Omni employs a conservative investment strategy in all our projects and acquisitions. The firm typically pays cash for land slated for development and utilizes 55% or less debt for construction projects and acquisitions held for investment.
Omni Capital Management, LLC (and affiliated entities) have developed four self-storage facilities in the Phoenix metropolitan area totaling 372,156 gross square feet at a total cost of $24,700,366. We have two active self-storage projects totaling $16,800,000 under development in 2021. Our Cotton Lane location in Surprise, AZ will have 82,518 gross square feet and will open in May 2021. Our Maricopa, AZ facility will have 92,604 gross square feet and is scheduled to open in Q4 2021.
